Scout Camp

The Scout Camp is available to both Boy Scouts and Girl Scout Troops.

The Scout Camp is located 1/2 mile south of Hwy 16 on N road is open to all scouting organizations by calling the park office (785-364-4236) and reserving the site in advance. The area is located right across the road from the Banner Creek Reservoir Science Center.

Scouting groups that are outside of Jackson County are charged an additional $25.

The area includes off road parking, access to BCR trails and the lake, a shelter with water and electricity, waterless restroom, large fire ring, and plenty of space for tent campers.
